One day, a strange man throws a letter with a brick into the cafe, it breaking a window. The letter says "Don't Stop Now!," but no one do know the meaning of the words, so Matt starts to identify what is happening right now.

Kenji Harada is a journalist like a paparazzi in Japan and taking pictures of famous people around Shibuya ku. One day, he happens to see Takahanada and his girlfriend Kumiko Okada enter a hotel. He records as a picture without being noticed, which causes a problem and some dangerous people chase him to get back the photo.
